Evercoach is a product of Live9 Technologies Ltd (company number 12585767), registered in England and Wales. We are the data controller for the information described here.

Right now, almost nothing.

• Your email address, but only if you type it into the form and press the button. Nothing on this site collects it any other way.
• Ordinary server logs - the page requested, the time, your IP address and your browser’s user-agent string. These are created by the hosting platform in the course of serving the page.

There are no analytics, no advertising tags, no tracking pixels and no cookies set by us.

We use your email address to send you one message when Evercoach opens, and occasional updates before then if there is genuinely something to say. That is the whole purpose. We do not sell it, rent it, or pass it to anyone for their own marketing.

Our lawful basis is your consent, which you give by submitting the form and can withdraw at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email we send, or by writing to us. Server logs are kept on the basis of our legitimate interest in operating the site securely.

• Mailchimp (Intuit Inc.) stores the mailing list and sends the emails on our behalf. This involves a transfer to the United States, made under the safeguards in Mailchimp’s data processing terms.
• DigitalOcean hosts the site and generates the server logs.
• Google Fonts serves the typefaces this site uses. Loading them means your browser requests a file from Google, which reveals your IP address to Google in the process.

We will also disclose information if the law requires it, which so far it has not.

Your email address stays on the list until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove it, and is deleted within 30 days of either. Server logs are kept for up to 12 months.

Under UK GDPR you can ask us to give you a copy of what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, restrict what we do with it, or send it to someone else. You can object to our processing, and you can withdraw consent at any time without giving a reason. Ask, and we will do it - there is no form and no charge.

The site is served over HTTPS. Your address is held in Mailchimp under their security controls rather than in a database of ours, because at this stage we do not have one that needs to hold it.

This site is not intended for children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has signed up, tell us and we will remove it.

When Evercoach launches, this policy will be replaced by one that covers the app - including health information, which is treated as a special category of personal data and handled with more care than anything described above. We will date any new version at the top of the page.
